Mark Keeler, Ph.D.



Clinical Neuropsychologist

Mark Keeler, Ph.D. got his B.A. in Theater Arts from Brandeis University and spent the next 10 years in midtown Manhattan performing in small theaters, “under-fives” and “background” in film and TV, and as a member of a mime troupe. He eventually got an M.A. in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College (Columbia University) and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Adelphi University on Long Island. He moved to Boston in 1990 for his internship at Franciscan Children’s Hospital, followed by post-docs in pediatric neuropsychology at Boston City Hospital and adult neuropsychology at New England Rehabilitation Hospital (Woburn), where he saw inpatients and outpatients for the next 20 years. He has conducted psychological and neuropsychological evaluations of children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. He has extensive experience with traumatic brain injuries, strokes, dementias, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and learning disabilities. He has a subspecialty in the evaluation of blind and visually impaired individuals, having seen children and adults for the Mass. Commission for the Blind, Perkins School for the Blind, and the Carroll Center for the Blind.
