Dr. McArdle is a neuropsychologist with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of neurocognitive and psychiatric disorders for individuals across the lifespan. She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology from William James College. She completed her predoctoral clinical internship at Staten Island University Hospital, in New York City and then returned to Boston where she completed her postdoctoral fellowship at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School in the outpatient adult and geriatric psychiatry department. She has conducted neuropsychological and psychological evaluations of adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Her training experience includes assessments for dementia, strokes, movement disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorders, mood and personality disorders, and psychosis. Dr. McArdle is a member of the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry, Division 40: Society for Clinical Neuropsychology of the American Psychological Association, and the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society.
