Charles Cederberg, LMHC, M.A., Ph.D.



Clinical Neuropsychologist

Dr. Charles Cederberg is a pediatric neuropsychologist/licensed psychologist in Massachusetts and Florida. He completed his master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Boston College and worked as a mental health counselor leading social skills groups, providing school consultation, and serving as a clinical site coordinator and director for a therapeutic program and summer camp. He completed his doctoral studies at the University of Iowa Counseling Psychology PhD program, receiving clinical training and conducting research at the Belin-Blank International Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development at the University of Iowa. During this time, he was also employed as an accommodations analyst at ACT, Inc.

Dr. Cederberg trained in pediatric neuropsychology at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital and in adult neurology at the Benton Neuropsychology. He gained further specialized training in pediatric neuropsychology and autism spectrum disorder assessment during his residency at Johns Hopkins All-Children’s Hospital. He then completed a two-year pediatric neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship at the Learning and Emotional Assessment Program (LEAP) in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He has experience evaluating children presenting with a wide variety of concerns, including neurodevelopmental disorders (autism, ADHD, learning disabilities), mood/anxiety, neurological conditions, complex medical presentations, and giftedness/twice-exceptionality. His clinical approach is informed by a strength-based model that utilizes a multicultural lens of development. Ultimately, his primary objective aims to closely collaborate with the child’s family and stakeholders in the service of helping each child “live their best life possible.”
