Leanna Billings, Psy.D.



Clinical Neuropsychologist

Dr. Billings completed her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Children and Adolescents in Southern California. During graduate school, she worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing therapy and neuropsychological evaluations to patients across the lifespan. Dr. Billings completed a pre-doctoral internship with the Hawaii Psychology Internship Consortium at the Department of Education where she conducted neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations and provided therapy to children from toddlerhood through 12th grade. Diagnoses included neurodevelopmental disorders Epilepsy, Genetic disorders (e.g., Down syndrome and Angelman syndrome), Congenital disorders (e.g., microcephaly), and in utero exposure (e.g., Fetal Alcohol Syndrome). She also provided forensic evaluations to children and youth in the detention center. Most recently, Dr. Billings participated in a multi-year post-doctoral fellowship where she specialized in neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ASD, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, & Intellectual Disabilities), comorbid psychiatric concerns (e.g., Anxieties, Depression), trauma, and sleep disorders. In addition, she received her certification for PEERS (The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills), a UCLA based social skills training program for children, youth, and young adults with diagnoses of neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Autism, ADHD), mood concerns (e.g., Anxiety, Depression) and social challenges.
